Mr. Corse is a Licensed Professional Engineer (Maryland and North Carolina) with significant management and design experience, both on the project and corporate administration level. His design experience extends through many civil engineering disciplines including Municipal Engineering; Water Resources; Environmental Restoration and Mitigations; Coastal works; residential, commercial, and institutional developments; Federal Infrastructure; Water and Sewer processes; Surface Mining; and Gas and Oil Distribution.

 

Mr. Corse has managed multi-million dollar projects and has supervised labor and professional staff numbering over 90 employees. He has served as a Vice President and Equity Partner in a successful consulting engineering firm with gross revenues of approximately $10 million annually.

 

Mr. Corse has testified before numerous County Councils and Hearing Examinations, has served as Chairman of a Blue Ribbon Committee on Annexation Policies and Procedures for the City of Aberdeen, and currently serves on the City of Annapolis Buildings Board of Appeals.

 

Mr. Corse attended Public Schools in and around Annapolis including Hillsmere Elementary, Rolling Knolls Elementary, Bates Junior High School, and is a graduate of Annapolis Senior High School Class of 1983. Mr. Corse received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, with honors, from Temple University in 1996. He currently resides with his Wife Stacey, his Son Tanner, and his Daughter Alyssa in Hillsmere Shores, Annapolis, Maryland.
